Authorship & Rights

You remain the author of your work. Rights and royalties are defined in your individual publishing agreement. Whether you publish under your own name or with The Wave Storyworks, your name stays on your book.

Services & Pricing

We explain exactly what you pay and what you receive before any work begins. There are no hidden fees, and we will not pressure you to buy services you do not need.

Royalties & Reporting

Sales income and royalties are handled according to your publishing agreement. When you publish with us, you receive access to the Author Royalty Portal with visibility into your book's performance. We do not guarantee specific sales totals or royalty amounts.

Your Responsibilities

You represent that your submitted work does not infringe the rights of others and that you have the authority to publish it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide.

Limitation of Liability

Publishing results vary. We provide honest guidance and realistic goals, but we cannot promise bestseller status, specific sales, or overnight success. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
